Once you receive the confirmation email, your reservation is guaranteed. If you haven’t received it yet in the next 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected]
Cancellations:
- Once payments are made, refunds are unavailable, but they can be used as credit for transportation or other activities during the program days.
- In the case of no-shows, a 100% fee will be applied.
- Cancellations/changes should be solicited in written form by email [email protected].
If your activity includes transportation, please be ready at the hotel’s main lobby 15 to 10 minutes before the pick-up time to promptly check in with our Twenty4Seven Groups representative.
This transportation is public, and the driver will stop at several hotels to pick up other participants. If you prefer to book private transportation, please get in touch with us at [email protected]
No-shows or delays may result in the loss of transportation, and the client is responsible for arriving at the activity location on time.
Transportation Services
Terms and conditions
Airport Transportation
- After your flight arrives in Los Cabos, the transportation waiting time is 50 minutes to an hour, a maximum waiting time. Please keep our contact information if you need to contact us for any delays or cancellations.
- Transportation services will be provided only to the number of people registered on your booking details. If you need to add additional people, contact us at [email protected] within 3 days in advance.
- Additional stops are not included in the price. Please coordinate additional stops at [email protected]. There is an extra charge by the hour of $80US.
- If you have any special requirements such as wheelchairs, car seats, handicapped vehicles, or so, please get in touch with us at [email protected]
- A charge will apply if you break or damage any part of the vehicle (interior or exterior).
Luggage on vehicle
- Two pieces of luggage per person are allowed (60 lbs. max.)
- Using a wheelchair, bringing surfboards, golf bags, family pets, fishing equipment, large-size coolers, and any other extensive equipment must be arranged through our team at [email protected].
Lost Baggage
- Twenty4Seven Groups DMC will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is stored in the passenger’s compartment where the passenger is riding. Passenger’s baggage remains, at all times, the passenger’s responsibility.
