Once you receive the confirmation email, your reservation is guaranteed. If you haven’t received it yet in the next 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected]

Cancellations:

  • In the case of no-shows, a 100% fee will be applied.
  • Cancellations/changes should be solicited in written form by email [email protected].
  • Once payments are made, refunds are unavailable. However, if changes are made within 48 hours in advance, they can be used as credit for transportation or other activities during the program days.
Public transportation for Activities:
 

If your activity includes transportation, please be ready at the hotel’s main lobby 15 to 10 minutes before the pick-up time to promptly check in with our Twenty4Seven Groups representative. 

This transportation is public, and the driver will stop at several hotels to pick up other participants. If you prefer to book private transportation, please get in touch with us at [email protected]

No-shows or delays may result in the loss of transportation, and the client is responsible for arriving at the activity location on time.
